Where do you get your photos?
All of the unique letter photos have been taken on family trips over the US and Europe. Every letter photo was taken by a member of our family and they are only available through Letter Your Legacy. By using our photos you will be able to create a custom keepsake for your loved ones; celebrating a brides new last name, a couples many years together, the birth of a child, or a graduation.

Do you offer color, or sepia photos?
We do offer sepia letter photos for an extra charge. In order to decipher that each photo displays a letter there must be a certian level of contrast, and that level is not achieved in a color photo.

Will my photo’s discolor over time?
We use neutral pH matte board and photo safe tape to ensure the life long quality of your unique framed legacy.

What size are the photos?
Each unique letter photo is displayed behind a 3 1/2” square cutout on neutral Ph matte board.

How big are the frames?
The size of the frame depends on the number of letters in your name or inspirational word.

Yes! You can order by calling (405) 762-2125. Please have your letters and frame selections already picked out.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship our orders every Monday. All orders placed by 12pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
 
Can I rush ship my order?
If you need your order made and shipped before our designated shipping date we will rush produce your order for an additional $20. If you need to have your 'framed legacy' overnighted, additional shipping will apply. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! We do offer gift cards. They include the cost of the frame plus shipping and handling.

What is your return policy?
We have a 100% money back guarantee on all of our frames. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order just ship it back to us and we will refund you your purchase price excluding shipping and handling.

What is the average turnaround time?
Our 'framed legacies' ship every Monday. Once shipped, most orders take between 3 and 5 days to arrive depending on your location.

How much is shipping?
The shipping cost will also depend on your location. To get a shipping quote just create your unique frame by picking out your letter photographs and enter your address in the shipping field.

Do you ship outside the continental US?
In addition to the continental US, we do ship to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

What carrier do you use for shipments?
We ship all of our unique keepsakes using UPS.

Do you have different shipping options?
We regularly ship UPS ground but we can ship Next Day Air for an extra charge.

Can I buy just the photographs?
We do not sell the letter photographs by themselves.

Do you offer a discount for multiple frames ordered?
We do offer a discount for individuals ordering 3 or more 'framed legacies'.
