    New Letter Art Coming November 2009

    Hey Everybody,

    I hope you all had a great weekend! I just wanted to fill you all in on what’s going down here at Letter Your Legacy.  People often ask for new letter art, and we have delivered! This summer, in June, our family went on an awesome trip to Israel. This was such a great experience and the country was so gorgeous and had so much history and character that we decided to take and entire collection of letter art here.  We ended up with multiple letters for the entire alphabet.

    A country full of so many ancient ruins gave us an opportunity to take letter art pictures like we never had before.  This trip was such a blast and we ended up with an entire group of about 25 looking for letter art all over Israel!

    Well, I couldn’t tell you all about the new letter art and not give you a sneak peek, right? Here are just a few of the awesome letter photos we were able to capture in Israel.

    This example of letter art is a lower case “E”.  This is just a strand of rope draped into the shape of an “E”.  A simple letter photo, but I feel like it will be one of our more popular letters because it is creative and abstract, but at the same time it is very clearly an “E”.

    This letter art image was taken to be a lower case “T”.  Stacy took this shot on our super cool boat that we rode across the Sea of Galilee.  It was such a beautiful day and a smooth ride.  This was absolutely one of my favorite days in Israel.

    Framed Name Success!

    Hi Awesome Bloggers,

    I hope you are all having a fantastic weekend! I’m sure the weather is getting much colder for some of you.  Here in Oklahoma the weather is still pretty mild, which I am so happy about since I HATE cold weather! I must admit though, we have gotten some pretty awesome letter pictures in the snow before :)

    So, I’m sure many of you have given a Letter Your Legacy framed name as a gift before and hopefully you got a great response.  My first time giving a Letter Your Legacy framed name was definitely well worth it.  Last summer (this was before I started working for Letter Your Legacy) my hair dresser was getting married and I decided to design for her and her new husband a framed name.  Thankfully for me, Letter Your Legacy has such a wide variety of letter pictures that I was able to use a barber pole picture for an “I” in their framed name!  How perfect was that for a hair dresser?? Here it is below if you have never seen it in our Photo Gallery.

    So, rather than wrapping my newly designed framed name, I just put some tulle into a bow and stuck it on the corner.  I figured my framed name was a lot more interesting to look at than wrapping paper anyway!  It turned out that since I didn’t wrap the framed name, they displayed the name in the center of the gift pile at the reception because they thought it was so cool! This was probably the BIGGEST wedding I had ever been to, so it almost made me laugh to see my custom designed framed name amidst hundreds of other gifts. (I’m not kidding Bloggers, I’ve never seen so many presents in my life!)

    The Stories Behind the Letters…

    Greetings Bloggers!

    I thought I would start out this blog showing you some of my personal favorite letter photos. This is one of my favorite “E” letter photos.

    This particular “E” is actually very important to the history of Letter Your Legacy.  As some of you might already know, Adam and Stacy began their journey with letter photos by creating a Christmas gift for Adam’s parents.  They loved the idea of a framed name and just needed to find the letters to spell out “Teague“.  Prior to Christmas day, we all took a family vacation to Breckenridge, Colorado, where they found lots of great snowy letter photos! As you can see, this particular “E” is an icicle dripping turned sideways. This “E” was selected to be the last letter in “Teague” in the first Letter Your Legacy frame ever! Obviously Adam and Stacy wanted to include their original letters when they finally launched the company almost one year later. Thanks to thisicicle “E” and five other letter photos, Letter Your Legacy is the place to buy framed names!

    The letter “E” is a very common one so we’ve got to have a great selection of “E” letter photos to satisfy many of or customers. So, what is our most popular “E” you might ask?

    Well here you have it!  The letter photo posted below is actually a lower case “E”.  I love the way this tree trunk posed so perfectly to form a small “E”.  How convenient! Most customers are drawn to this letter for their framed names because it is creative, but at the same time it is an obvious letter photo.  Seriously Bloggers, if you are buying for someone with an “E” in their last name this is a go-to, sure hit letter photo.
